Popovici & Asociatii builds on leading role with promotion of Florian Nitu

Popovici & Asociatii has changed its name to Popovici Nitu & Asociatii, by promoting Firm founder Florian Nitu to name partner. The name change became effective on September 19, 2007.

Florian Nitu is heading the Firm's corporate practice group and will continue to serve as Managing Partner.

As part of the name change, the Firm has also redesigned and re-launched the website, now at www.pnpartners.ro

"We are a different organization today than we were at inception back in 1995, so adopting a new name and brand identity is a logical next step in our growth strategy" Ernest Popovici, the Senior Partner, said. Upon appointment, Florian Nitu stated "A building from within vision was always central to our thinking."
