Top acquisitions at Clifford Chance Romania

Badea Clifford Chance, the local office of the premier law firm in the world, welcomes three new colleagues, two senior lawyers and one human resources manager.

Andreas Gravenhorst, a German lawyer, has been seconded to Badea Clifford Chance from the Clifford Chance office in Frankfurt (Main). Andreas joined Clifford Chance in 2000, working for more than three years in the Moscow office, where he advised foreign investors on corporate and real estate transactions. Between 2002-2007 he was based in the Frankfurt office, focusing on M&A, joint ventures, real estate transactions and Eastern European investments in Germany. He is a native German speaker, who is fluent in English and Russian.

Cristian Eftimie has joined Badea Clifford Chance as Senior Associate. Cristian holds a Law Degree at the Bucharest University School Of Law, Bucharest, Romania as of 1998. Cristian is fluent in English and German. He took post-graduate courses in Banking Law and Competition Law, and EU Business Law at the European Law Institute. Cristian previously worked with a number of top Romanian firms. Involved in all phases of legal practice, he specialized in M&A, Real Estate and Intellectual Property.

Maria Dorobantu has joined Badea Clifford Chance as HR Manager. Maria has more than 4 years of experience in human resources, having previously worked as Human Capital Consultant and Senior HR Specialist with Ernst & Young in Romania and as HR Manager with Tornado Sistems. She graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in 2001 and she is fluent in English.
